People and organisations will value this book on conscious leadership because it is so thoughtfully written and well-organized. The book, 'Igniting Conscious Leadership' conveys the core essence of juggling life and work in order to live an effective and inspirational life.

No matter their age, stage in life, or place in their job, every person has the capacity to change their lives and become a conscious leader. The 5-step conscious leadership paradigm outlined in this book can be used to help light the spark of self-knowledge that will awaken a person's beauty in their soul, bringing them to a state of balance, joy, and perfect bliss.

In contrast to other models, author's concept in this book does not immediately move on to creating a life vision by altering a person's ideas or behaviours. Instead, it begins with self-awareness, followed by self-reflection, forgiveness, and acceptance.
